Director, Mainframe Studios 

Siobhan has over 20 years experience in arts administration, including managing SITE Santa Fe, the studio office of MacArthur Fellow Tom Joyce and Mary Goldman Gallery. She has served in committee and board roles for Center for Contemporary Arts Santa Fe, Santa Monica Museum of Art, Des Moines Art Center, Des Moines Public Art Foundation, Los Angeles Times’ foundation and Women, Food & Agriculture Network. She returned to her Iowa farm in 2009 and now oversees what is slated to be the largest nonprofit art studio building in the nation. Mainframe Studios is ensuring artists are never priced out of Des Moines, Iowa.

SABRINA CARPER

Community Engagement Manager, Mainframe Studios

Sabrina joined Mainframe Studios as an intern in January 2020 while pursuing her Studio Arts degree at Grand View University. She now works part-time aiding the daily operations of the largest nonprofit creative workspace in the nation. Sabrina applies talent and passion in all that she does, from organizing details of First Friday events to coordinating new projects and organizing building tours. When not in the office, you can likely find her in Studio #347 pursuing her fine art practice.

Lani Eclatt

Property Manager, Mainframe Studios 

Lani is a graduate of Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. She received her Bachelor's degree in Vocal Music with Elective Studies in Business in May of 2022, and joined Mainframe Studios as the first onsite Property Manager in July 2022. Lani is also a Colombian-American local singer/songwriter and advocate for the arts in Des Moines. When she's not in the office, you can find her rehearsing with her band, recording in the studio, songwriting, or performing in the area.
