Nicole Soriano is an interdisciplinary artist and recent graduate from Iowa State University’s MFA program in Integrated Visual Arts, with focuses in painting, digital media, and film. Her work critically challenges patriarchy by subverting trivializing representations assigned to women by men. Using the visual language of horror and extreme satire, she finds empowerment by channeling female rage through her art.
